Most of the line is a relaxed fit and runs true to size. The boxy pieces, the Fisher Heavy Tee and the Wellspring Boxy Tee, are cut wider on purpose, so take your normal size for the intended look and size down for a closer fit. Two pieces run on a women's size chart from XS to XL, the Wellspring Boxy Tee and the Still Waters Tee; everything else is unisex. Unisex sizing runs about 3 to 4 inches wider in the chest than women's sizing at the same letter, so on the unisex pieces a fitted look usually means taking one size down. Tees are 100% combed ring-spun cotton, from a 5.5 oz everyday weight up to the 8 oz Fisher Heavy Tee, with the New Morning Tee garment-dyed after sewing. Fleece runs 13 to 14 oz: most pieces are an 80% cotton, 20% polyester brushed-back blend, and the garment-dyed Overflow Hoodie is a 100% cotton-faced fleece. Exact fiber content, care instructions, and country of origin are printed on the inside label of every garment.

Most pieces use embroidery rather than print, so there is nothing on the surface to crack. Where we do print, it is a high-density tonal application cured properly, not a heat-pressed vinyl. Wash inside out in cold water and it will outlast the shirt.

Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Garment-dyed pieces will release a small amount of excess dye in the first wash, so wash them separately or with like colors the first time. Skip fabric softener, it coats cotton fibers and dulls the hand over time.

Sometimes. Core colors on core pieces get restocked. Small-run garment dye colors often do not, because the dye lot cannot be repeated exactly. If a color is coming back, the product page will say so, and the email list finds out first.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with the tags still attached. Exchanges for a different size in the same piece are the easiest path and we will cover the return label on a first exchange. Full terms on the returns page.

Not yet. We ship within the United States only, including US territories and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. If that changes, the shipping page will say so first.

Profit from HUDOR goes to charitable causes. The recipient partners are being finalized now and will be published on the giving page before the first report goes up. Every report will show the period, the amount, and the recipient, and old reports stay up, including the periods where the number was small.
